Practice makes improvement

Hello, I have come to tell you about my practice. I practice my drills in the basement. I figured out that empi, basic warm up, and doces pares form #5 are the longest. I do 10 practices of each kata at a time. The shortest are the four basic stances. My favorite kata is targeting set #1 because you get to call out the moves. I learned that you should practice in a place with enough space, trust me I know. Off to more practicing!
