I am working on a project to improve the respect that should be given to all school teachers. In many cases, circumstances have gotten so bad that the teacher is little more than a babysitter – and that is just wrong!

School teachers are one of the key ingredients in helping our children become healthy and happy citizens in our culture. They help guide and open the minds of our youth.

So to help improve the current situation, all students at "Denny Streckers Karate" will complete 20 acts of Respect for their School Teacher during the month of September.

This project will also help teach children that giving respect is not just something to talk about, but something we as human beings give to our elders.
