Feeling Tense?

 

Feeling tense? Stressed out? Fatigued? Overwhelmed?

Lots of times, when we are stressed, our breathing becomes short and shallow.

This contributes to our difficulties. When you begin to feel any of the symptoms described above, try this.

Blow ALL the air out of your lungs. Keep on blowing until it’s all gone. Then, take in as much air as you can…and when you think you are full, take in some more.

Hold it for about 30 seconds. Then, blow it ALL out…and begin again. Do this six times.

As the fresh supply of oxygen hits your bloodstream, you will find yourself refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on the next challenge!
