If you're looking for a way to boost your child's development while instilling Discipline and Focus, look no further than Prestige Martial Arts.
My Little Dragons program is perfect for children ages 4-6, and offers a range of activities that promote social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
With classes that are fun and exciting, your child will be able to learn in a positive environment while developing their skills.
My Little Dragons Program is designed for children aged 4-6 years old. We know that kids thrive in an educational environment, and my program is no exception. Our instructors are well trained to manage children of this age range, which means your child will be safe while learning at their own pace. With a focus on discipline and respect, you can rest easy knowing your child is developing not only the necessary skills needed but also good habits for life.
Research shows that martial arts are beneficial for all ages - including preschoolers! Because physical activity releases endorphins into the body, it helps to boost positive feelings and alleviate symptoms of depression or anxiety. They will get exercise, develop self-confidence, and gain the necessary skills to defend themselves all while having fun!
My Little Dragons program is one of the most popular martial arts programs for young children, with classes specifically designed to meet their individual needs. This means your child will be able to get all the benefits of martial arts without feeling overwhelmed by new challenges. They will get stronger, more focused, and better prepared for future learning opportunities (such as school).
Kids learn quickly in my structured environment that balances physical activity with mental stimulation; they are energized during lessons thanks to my unique blend of teaching. Your child will get to spend time with their peers while learning the importance of respect.
We know kids learn best through play, and our
Little Dragons program does just that!
At Prestige Martial Arts I focus on holistic development; this means no matter what your child's interests are - be it music, art, or even sports - I can incorporate other activities into lessons to offer multidimensional growth.
I like to call it enrichment, and it is one of the reasons why children look forward to coming to karate class each week. The more varied experiences they have during training, the better prepared they will be for life in general.
You're probably wondering how martial arts translate into real life skills; after all, your child won't be learning to fight in the Little Dragons Program. Instead, I focus on teaching children how to handle difficult situations in a responsible and respectful manner.
This means they will learn to use their words instead of their fists when faced with an argument or disagreement. They will also learn how to make Good Choices in Life.
When kids learn good habits such as Respect and Discipline at a young age, it makes it much easier for them to adapt these traits into every aspect of their lives. They will become more confident and better prepared for future challenges; this also means that they will behave better at home and in school once they build self-esteem.
By following my
age-appropriate guidelines during karate class,
they will learn:
· To follow instructions without arguing
· Respect themselves and their teachers/instructors
· Take responsibility for their actions and mistakes and follow through with consequences
I know that it can be difficult to find the time to spend some quality time with them. That's why I made my classes flexible enough for you. I offer programs all week long so that I can fit into your family schedule, instead of you changing everything to fit into mine.
Classes are 30-minutes long so that your child can learn and leave class with a huge smile, and you still have time to get the things done that you need to, before the end of the day.
As I mentioned earlier, martial arts is beneficial for all ages - even preschoolers! But where many karate schools fail, is by not catering lessons to their specific age group. My Little Dragons program is carefully designed to keep kids engaged while providing them with the opportunity to develop important life skills!
Here are some of the things that make my kids martial arts lessons great for
your child:
The class size is small enough for all children to receive individual attention from me, but large enough so they can practice with their peers.
Children work together throughout lessons in a way that strengthens social bonds between classmates
Lessons are customized to meet your child's needs and learning style - all while being fun!
While physical activity is an integral part of every class, it focuses less on competition and more on building strong friendships and work ethic
I believe that all children can excel at martial arts; I don't judge students. I see what they need help with, and create a path for them to learn and become successful.
As you can see, my Little Dragons Program has a lot to offer your child as they begin to develop not only as an athlete but as a person as well!
Get started today and find out how I can help your child grow into a Confident Leader for Tomorrow.
I look forward to meeting you and your family!
"My son has always been on the quiet side and seems his self esteem has been low. He went to Prestige Martial Arts, during his first private lesson also the introductory lesson. I watched his confidence grow, he had a smile, when he broke that wooden board for the first time he he was a new child. This isn't just any old Martial arts studio. The instructors actually care about teaching the kids important everyday lessons, self confidence and it's okay to fail but to keep trying. It's been a month for us so far but jt is the best decision we have ever made"

The staff is extremely helpful and supportive. Teaching kids self-defense, honesty, respect, and confidence. My son was eager to join, and his confidence within himself grew immediately. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to start their martial arts journey.

My son was born with Hypotonia so I am always looking for new ways to help with strength. He was barely jumping at the beginning of us joining Prestige Martial Arts. Now he is jumping and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in strength and coordination. Not only that but his confidence level has gone up a ton. I really like how Denny sets goals for the ninjas and keeps the parents involved. The kids really look up to him and have a great time.

Honesty is the first step to an abundant life. Your child will learn how to measure their ability and then learn how to do even better.
Discipline is to obey what is right. Your child will learn the importance of structure and rules, and then will learn how to monitor themselves and develop the self-discipline to be a great leader.
Communication is the link between the world and me. Your child will learn how to stand tall, make good eye contact, and speak clearly
It is not what you know, it is what you do. Your child will show respect and not just talk about it.
Self-Esteem is the joy of being myself. Your child will learn that we are all different and it is ok to celebrate who they are.
Belief is having a YES! I CAN Attitude. Your child will learn how to overcome obstacles and roadblocks and reach the goals they set.

The Little Dragons and Kids Karate Classes are 30 minutes packed full of energy and learning.
Leadership Training adds another layer to the learning and is 15 minutes more.
Are Classes In-Person or Virtual?
I offer both in-person and virtual classes for students convenience. You are welcome to attend class either way and a lot of students do both. Classes are also recorded so if you miss a week, you are able to watch them at a time that is convenient for you.

Loose fitting, comfortable clothing is best for class. Students do keep their shoes on for class so sneakers are best. Do not wear flip flops, sandals or slip on shoes as they will not stay on during exercises and such.
