Little Dragons (Ages 4-6)
Learning Martial Arts Teaches Young Kids Life Skills While They are having fun!
Young children are curious and active – and they sometimes have difficulty learning to control their bodies and their behavior. They crave structure and thrive in an environment that’s supportive, educational, and fun.
Kids Karate (Ages 7-12)
Kids Martial arts classes normally makes you think of self-defense, being strong, fit and safe. The truth is, it’s all that and WAY more!

Teen Karate (Ages 13 to 16)
Teenagers are smart and capable – but they can also be their own worst enemies. Between peer pressure, their innate urge to rebel against their parents, and their surging hormones, they can be impossible to be around
All they need is an outlet for their frustrations – and an opportunity to learn how to be their best.
